Standard Returns Policy
Please return the item to the below Returns Address including your details & order number. Please also state whether you would like exchange or refund. Please note that postage costs cannot be refunded, however if you would like an exchange then we will not re-charge you for postage we cannot say fairer than that.

If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund, simply return the item, unused and in its original condition within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Please ensure that all items are returned to us in their original condition they were sold to you i.e with all tags and labels in place. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are damaged in anyway. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them we therefore recommend using registered post to return the item. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.

Faulty Items
We try our best to check items before they are sent out, however in the unfortunate circumstance that your item is faulty you can return the item back for a full refund. Also if you include the postage receipt for the cost of sending the item back we will refund this cost back to you (faulty returns only).

Order cancellations
If you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel for any reason please telephone us on 01743 289400 to advise us of this.

If you order has already been dispatched by the time of your call, you must send the item back once you have received it. We will then refund the cost of the item, please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded if the item has already been dispatched.
